Terms of Service
UPDATED 20 SEP 2026These terms are the agreement between you and TradinSolutions. They took effect on 20 September 2026 and they cover tradinsolutions.com, the member application, the software we licence and the community channels we run.
Acceptance
By creating an account, subscribing to a plan, installing or running our software, or joining our Discord community, you agree to these terms and to the Acceptable Use Policy and Software Licence that form part of them. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
Who we are
TradinSolutions is the trading name of a sole trader — an eenmanszaak under Dutch law, which means an individual rather than an incorporated company — registered with the Netherlands Chamber of Commerce (Kamer van Koophandel) under KvK number 42152786, at Tonkensstraat 55, 9723 ZV Groningen, Netherlands. We trade as TradinSolutions ("we", "us", the "Operator"). Because the trader is an individual rather than a company, your contract is with that person trading under that name, and the person is identified on the Chamber of Commerce register against the KvK number above. "Platform" means tradinsolutions.com together with the member application, the software we licence through it and the community channels we run.
How to reach us
For anything ordinary, write to contact@tradinsolutions.com or open a ticket at the support desk in your dashboard. For a formal notice, a legal question or anything you want on the record, write to legal@tradinsolutions.com, or by post to TradinSolutions, Tonkensstraat 55, 9723 ZV Groningen, Netherlands. We answer in English.
What we are, and what we are not
We are a software, educational and workflow-automation provider. We are not a registered financial adviser, a broker-dealer, an investment firm or a proprietary trading firm. We do not hold, receive or manage client money, and we do not place trades on your behalf. Our tools — trade copiers, risk utilities, journals and market-structure indicators — assist you with execution and analysis.
You keep control of your accounts
You retain full and sole control of your trading accounts at all times. Every instrument, lot size, risk setting, filter and symbol mapping a copier acts on is one you configured, and you can pause, stop or disconnect any instance yourself from your dashboard. We exercise no discretion over your capital.
Nothing here is advice
Nothing on the Platform is financial, investment, tax or legal advice, and nothing on it is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any instrument. That includes the indicators, strategy templates, courses, the economic calendar, the fundamentals desk and every AI-generated summary or commentary the Platform produces. Read the Risk Disclosure before you trade.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract where you live. An account is personal to you. You may not share access to it, and you may not open one on someone else's behalf without our written agreement.
Account registration and security
You agree to give accurate registration details and to keep them current. You are responsible for your credentials, for any two-factor method you enable, and for everything done through your account — including anything done through a platform connection you authorised, whether that connection holds an OAuth token or stored login credentials. Tell us as soon as you believe your account has been used without your permission.
Subscriptions, billing and renewal
Paid plans are sold as monthly or annual subscriptions. The price, the billing cycle and any free trial are shown on the pricing page and again at checkout, and the price shown at checkout is the price you pay. Prices are shown inclusive of any VAT that applies to your purchase, and Stripe issues an invoice for every payment, which you can download at any time from the billing portal. Payments are taken by Stripe, our payment processor; we never see or store your card number. A subscription renews automatically at the end of each cycle until you cancel, and a free trial converts to a paid cycle at the end of the trial unless you cancel before it ends.
Cancelling
You may cancel at any time from your dashboard or from the billing portal Stripe manages for us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the cycle you have already paid for, and your access continues until then. What can and cannot be refunded is set out in the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Right of withdrawal for consumers in the EU, EEA and UK
As a consumer you normally have fourteen days to withdraw from a distance contract for digital services, without giving a reason. Because your access begins the moment your subscription starts, checkout asks you to tick a box — empty until you tick it, and never ticked for you — that reads: "I ask TradinSolutions to begin supplying the service immediately, and I acknowledge that once supply has begun I lose the fourteen-day right of withdrawal I would otherwise have as a consumer in the EU, EEA or UK. The refund policy still applies." Ticking that box is what ends the fourteen-day right, and nothing else does: it is not in these terms, it is not in the act of subscribing, and it is not something we can assume from your carrying on. We keep a dated record of every acknowledgement, showing the exact words you agreed to and the purchase it belongs to, and you may ask us at any time what we hold for you.
If you did not give that acknowledgement
Where we hold no such record from you, your fourteen-day right stands in full and overrides anything in the Refund and Cancellation Policy that would otherwise limit it. Tell us within fourteen days of subscribing — legal@tradinsolutions.com, or the support desk — and we will refund what you have paid, less a proportionate amount for the part of the service already supplied. You do not have to give a reason, and you do not have to use a particular form of words. Withdrawing within those fourteen days is not the same thing as cancelling a subscription, which the Refund and Cancellation Policy covers.
Your platform connections
Where a trading platform offers an OAuth sign-in, we use it and never see your password. Where a platform supports only credential login, the credentials you give us are encrypted and used solely to maintain your connection. You are responsible for keeping a connection valid, for the configuration you give it, and for the trades it places under that configuration. Our Privacy Policy describes exactly how each type of connection is handled.
Acceptable use
Your use of the Platform, the software and the community is subject to the Acceptable Use Policy. It forms part of these terms, and a breach of it is a breach of these terms.
Software licence
Software we distribute is licensed to you, not sold. The Software Licence sets out what you may and may not do with it, and it applies for as long as your subscription is active.
Third parties
Your broker, your prop firm, Discord and any marketplace you buy through are independent of us. Their terms govern your relationship with them, we are not a party to those agreements, and a change in a broker's or a prop firm's rules is not a breach of these terms by us. Anything bought on the MQL5 Marketplace is licensed and refunded under MQL5's own terms, not ours.
Service availability
We work to keep the Platform reliable, but we do not offer a service-level agreement and we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. The copier and signal engines depend on systems we do not control — your broker, the execution API, the platform you connect to and the messaging services involved — and we may take parts of the Platform down for maintenance or for security.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Dutch law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including trading losses, lost profits, lost opportunity, downtime, missed or failed webhook executions, slippage, requotes or data loss, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for a consumer's mandatory statutory rights.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold the Operator harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, damages and expenses, including reasonable legal costs, arising from your misuse of the Platform, your trading activity or trading losses, your breach of these terms, or your breach of any law or third-party right. We will tell you about any such claim and give you the opportunity to take part in its defence, to the extent the law requires.
Suspension and termination
You may close your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate your access — with notice where it is reasonable to give it, and immediately where it is not — if you breach these terms, the Acceptable Use Policy or the Software Licence, if a payment fails, or if the law requires it. Where the breach is deliberate conduct of the kind the Acceptable Use Policy prohibits, suspension or termination is immediate and no refund is due.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the Platform and the law change. The revised version is published here with a new date, and where a change materially affects your rights we will tell active members by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Platform after that date means you accept the revised terms; if you do not accept them, you may cancel.
Complaints
If something has gone wrong, open a ticket at our support desk, or write to legal@tradinsolutions.com if you would rather put it formally; a letter to TradinSolutions, Tonkensstraat 55, 9723 ZV Groningen, Netherlands reaches us too. We will acknowledge it, tell you who is handling it, and give you a substantive answer rather than a holding reply. If we cannot settle the matter between us, a consumer in the EU or UK may be able to take it to a national consumer authority, and a complaint about how we handle personal data can go to the Dutch data protection authority — see Data Requests.
Severability
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, it will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary and the rest of the terms remain in full force.
Force majeure
We are not liable for a delay or failure to perform caused by events outside our reasonable control, including internet and infrastructure outages, broker or third-party service disruption, cyber attack, natural disaster, war or government action.
Language
These terms are published in English. If we publish a translation and the two differ, the English version prevails.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the law of the Netherlands. Disputes arising from them or from your use of the Platform are for the competent courts in Groningen, the Netherlands. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory rules of the country you live in, nor of any right the law gives you to bring proceedings in your local courts.
Residents of the United States
If you are located in the United States, you may use the Platform only for exchange-traded futures through brokerages properly registered with the CFTC and NFA. The Platform does not permit residents or citizens of the United States to connect, route, mirror or copy trades involving contracts for difference. Breaching this clause ends your account immediately and no refund is due.
CFTC RULE 4.41 — HYPOTHETICAL OR SIMULATED PERFORMANCE RESULTS HAVE CERTAIN LIMITATIONS. UNLIKE AN ACTUAL PERFORMANCE RECORD, SIMULATED RESULTS DO NOT REPRESENT ACTUAL TRADING. ALSO, SINCE THE TRADES HAVE NOT BEEN EXECUTED, THE RESULTS MAY HAVE UNDER-OR-OVER COMPENSATED FOR THE IMPACT, IF ANY, OF CERTAIN MARKET FACTORS, SUCH AS LACK OF LIQUIDITY. SIMULATED TRADING PROGRAMS IN GENERAL ARE ALSO SUBJECT TO THE FACT THAT THEY ARE DESIGNED WITH THE BENEFIT OF HINDSIGHT. NO REPRESENTATION IS BEING MADE THAT ANY ACCOUNT WILL OR IS LIKELY TO ACHIEVE PROFIT OR LOSSES SIMILAR TO THOSE SHOWN.
