Affiliate Terms
UPDATED 20 SEP 2026The rules of the affiliate programme: what you earn, when you are paid, what you must disclose and what ends the arrangement.
Joining
Apply from the Affiliates section of your dashboard. We review every application by hand and we may decline one without giving a reason. Approval generates your referral code and the link that carries it, and it is that link that tracks your referrals.
Commission
You earn 10% recurring commission on eligible subscription payments made through your link. It is genuinely recurring: commission is credited on the first payment and on every renewal after it, for as long as the subscription stays active. A visitor who arrives through your link stays attributed to you for thirty days, whether they subscribe that day or come back later, and anyone arriving through your link gets a 10% discount applied automatically at checkout.
What counts as eligible
Commission is earned only on legitimate, verified payments that have actually cleared. A payment that is refunded, charged back, failed, fraudulent, or made on your own account or an account you control is not eligible, and commission already credited for it is reversed.
Payouts
Your balance and the status of every referral — pending, approved, paid — are shown on your Affiliates dashboard, and you request a payout from there. Payouts are made through Stripe or another approved payout rail once the commission has cleared and been verified. We may set a minimum payout threshold and a payout schedule; where either applies it is published in your dashboard before you request a payout, and we will not apply one retrospectively to commission you have already earned.
Tax and invoicing
You are responsible for your own taxes, and for any VAT registration or reporting duty that applies where you are established. We may ask for your tax details, an invoice or a self-billing agreement before a payout, and we may withhold a payout until we have what the law requires us to hold. Where you invoice us, address it to TradinSolutions, Tonkensstraat 55, 9723 ZV Groningen, Netherlands, KvK 42152786, and send it to legal@tradinsolutions.com. Tell us if you need any further detail from us in order to invoice correctly where you are established, and we will supply it.
You must disclose the relationship
Wherever you promote us, make it clear to your audience that you earn a commission — in the post, the video or the description itself, not buried in a link. Advertising rules in the Netherlands, the EU and the UK require this, and so do we.
What is prohibited
Any of the following ends your participation immediately.
Enforcement
A violation ends your participation immediately and forfeits unpaid commission. Where a violation has caused us loss, we reserve every other remedy the law gives us.
Changing or ending the programme
Either of us may end the arrangement at any time, and commission already earned on eligible cleared payments stays payable when you do. We may change the commission rate, the attribution window or these terms, and a change takes effect for payments made after we publish it, not before.
Relationship
Being an affiliate does not make you an employee, an agent or a partner of TradinSolutions, and it does not give you authority to make any commitment on our behalf.
Who you are contracting with
TradinSolutions is the trading name of a sole trader — an eenmanszaak under Dutch law, which means an individual rather than an incorporated company — registered with the Netherlands Chamber of Commerce (Kamer van Koophandel) under KvK number 42152786, at Tonkensstraat 55, 9723 ZV Groningen, Netherlands. These terms are governed by the law of the Netherlands, and disputes arising from them are for the competent courts in Groningen. For anything ordinary, write to contact@tradinsolutions.com or open a ticket at the support desk in your dashboard. For a formal notice, a legal question or anything you want on the record, write to legal@tradinsolutions.com, or by post to TradinSolutions, Tonkensstraat 55, 9723 ZV Groningen, Netherlands.
