Policies, plainly stated.

TradinSolutions is the trading name of a sole trader — an eenmanszaak under Dutch law, which means an individual rather than an incorporated company — registered with the Netherlands Chamber of Commerce (Kamer van Koophandel) under KvK number 42152786, at Tonkensstraat 55, 9723 ZV Groningen, Netherlands. "We" and "us" in this agreement mean that trader, who owns the software and grants the licence below. Subject to an active subscription and to your compliance with this agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the licensed software for your own personal trading or the internal trading of your own business. The software is licensed to you, not sold.

The licence covers the number of terminals, accounts and instances your plan allows. It does not extend to a person or business that is not you, and it does not extend beyond the period your subscription is paid up for.

These restrictions are the substance of the agreement, and breaking any of them ends the licence.

The software, the indicators, the worker logic, the documentation and the course material remain ours, together with every intellectual property right in them. Nothing in this agreement transfers ownership of any of it to you, and feedback you send us we may use freely without obligation.

Some tools verify the licence against our servers when they start and periodically afterwards. If our servers are briefly unreachable, a grace period runs before access is affected, so a short outage does not stop you trading.

Updates and new versions we release are covered by this agreement on the same terms. We may change or retire a tool where a platform, a broker or the law makes it necessary.

The licence runs while your subscription is active and ends automatically when the subscription expires or is cancelled, and immediately on a breach of this agreement. On termination you must stop using the software and remove it from every terminal. A licence ended for a breach carries no refund.

Anything you bought on the MQL5 Marketplace is licensed under MQL5's terms, not these, and is supported and refunded there.

The Terms of Service govern the rest of this agreement — the liability limits, the disclaimers, severability, the governing law of the Netherlands and the jurisdiction of the courts in Groningen all apply here exactly as they do there.
