Refund & Cancellation Policy

UPDATED 20 SEP 2026

How cancelling works, when a refund is possible, and what happens to a deposit. This policy forms part of the Terms of Service.

Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel at any time, either from your dashboard or from the billing portal that Stripe manages for us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing cycle you have already paid for. Your access, your instances and your licence keep working until that date, and nothing is charged after it.

Cancelling during a free trial

A plan that starts with a free trial is not charged until the trial ends. Cancel before the last day of the trial and you are not charged at all.

Your fourteen-day right of withdrawal comes first

Nothing in this policy removes a right the law gives you, and this section sits above everything after it rather than beside it. If you are a consumer in the EU, EEA or UK you have fourteen days to withdraw from a distance contract for digital services, without giving a reason. At checkout we ask you to tick a box — empty until you tick it, and never ticked for you — asking us to begin supplying the service immediately and acknowledging that this ends the fourteen-day right once supply has begun. Where you ticked it, that right has ended and the rest of this policy governs any refund. Where we hold no record of you ticking it, the fourteen-day right stands in full and overrides everything below: tell us within fourteen days and we will refund what you paid, less a proportionate amount for the part already supplied. We keep a dated record of every acknowledgement, so if you are unsure which of the two applies to you, ask and we will tell you what we hold.

Outside those fourteen days, refunds are discretionary

Access to the software and to member content is granted immediately, so sales are generally final and we do not refund the unused part of a cycle you have already started. A request outside that is assessed case by case, at management's sole discretion, weighing how much of the service and software has been used in the period and how close the request is to the end of the cycle. Ask through the support desk and tell us what went wrong — a clear account of a genuine problem is what most often results in a refund.

Something that does not work as described

If a tool does not do what its product page says it does, and we cannot put it right after a genuine support attempt, tell us within fourteen days of the purchase and we will refund it.

Custom build deposits

Where a plan includes custom tool requests, the deposit becomes non-refundable once development work on your build has started. If we cannot deliver a working build that matches the specification we agreed, the deposit is refunded in full.

Waitlist, deposit and early-bird offers

Where a promotion asks for a deposit in exchange for waitlist priority or early-bird access, the terms published with that promotion govern it — including whether the deposit is refundable and what it is credited against. Those terms are shown before you pay.

Marketplace purchases

Anything bought through the MQL5 Marketplace is refunded by MQL5 under MQL5's own policy. We cannot refund a purchase we did not take payment for.

Chargebacks

Raising a chargeback instead of asking us first suspends the account while the dispute runs. Talk to us — a genuine problem is far quicker to solve directly.

How to ask for a refund

Open a ticket at the support desk from the account that made the purchase, and include what you bought, when, and what went wrong. We answer refund requests in writing. To withdraw within the fourteen days described above, or to put any request formally, write to legal@tradinsolutions.com or to TradinSolutions, Tonkensstraat 55, 9723 ZV Groningen, Netherlands.
